Strengthening Minority Business Support: Access to Capital and Economic Resilience.

This Act formalizes and expands the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), ensuring minority business owners gain improved access to capital, contracts, and essential business development services. The goal is to boost the economic resilience of these enterprises, particularly during downturns, and stimulate job creation within minority communities. At least $100 million is authorized annually to fund these programs.
