Key points
Individuals who knowingly submitted false information for duplicate PPP loans will be required to repay the funds.
The Small Business Administration (SBA) must issue guidance on preventing duplicate loans within 10 days of the act's enactment.
The SBA will regularly report to Congress on attempted and processed duplicate loans, including actions taken to recover and prevent them.
