Protecting Striking Workers: Enhanced Rights for Protesting Unfair Labor Practices.

This act strengthens the rights of employees who strike in response to unfair employer practices. If an employer discriminates against an employee for participating in such a strike, the employee can now more easily seek recourse, including reinstatement and back pay. This aims to ensure citizens can freely exercise their right to protest without fear of negative consequences.
Key points
Employees striking due to unfair employer practices gain stronger legal protection.
In cases of discrimination for striking, employees can seek reinstatement and back pay.
