This will allow citizens to easily check how much money has been recovered and from which countries it originates, potentially helping to hold corrupt officials accountable and supporting the return of these funds to affected societies.

The Department of Justice will be required to publicly account for all money and assets recovered from foreign government corruption.
This information will be available on the Department of Justice website, clearly indicating the country from which the stolen assets originated.
Data will be updated every 14 days, unless disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.
Congress believes that recovered assets should be returned for the benefit of people harmed by corruption, ensuring transparent and effective use.
