Improving Kidney Disease Care and Treatment Access

This act aims to enhance access to kidney disease screenings and education under Medicare. It modifies the dialysis payment system to foster innovation and improve care quality. Furthermore, it expands access to Medigap supplemental insurance for individuals with kidney disease and allows them to retain private insurance longer.
