Awards will be presented annually in four business size categories (small, midsized, large, very large), with a maximum of 18 awards per year.
A board of directors will be established to nominate organizations and verify their information, including by soliciting employee feedback.
Information about nominated organizations, the evaluation process, and best practices will be publicly available on a government website, increasing transparency and allowing citizens to assess companies.
