Migrant Child Trafficking Prevention and Accountability Act

This act introduces new rules for parents or guardians of unaccompanied children arriving in the U.S. Parents who are not permanent residents may lose the ability to adjust their immigration status and be deemed inadmissible. Parents who are permanent residents may lose access to federal benefits.
