Tax Credit for Used Electric Vehicles for Working Families

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a tax credit for previously-owned qualified plug-in electric drive motor vehicles. The legislation is cited as the Affordable EVs for Working Families Act.
