Safe Disposal of Foreign Radioactive Materials

This act aims to facilitate the safe disposal of dangerous foreign-origin radioactive materials, such as americium-241, at a specialized facility in New Mexico. This will reduce the risk of these materials falling into the wrong hands and being used to create so-called dirty bombs, thereby enhancing public safety.
