Stricter Rules for "Product of U.S.A." Beef Label

This bill aims to change what the "Product of U.S.A." label on beef means. If passed, beef can only use this label if the cattle were born, raised, and slaughtered entirely within the United States. This could give consumers clearer information about the origin of their beef.
Key points
The "Product of U.S.A." label on beef would require the animal to be born, raised, and slaughtered only in the US.
This new rule would not apply to beef sold to other countries.
