Disaster Housing Protection: Stop Evictions and Foreclosures

This bill provides temporary protection for residents affected by major disasters. For a set period after a disaster is declared, landlords cannot evict tenants for non-payment, and lenders cannot foreclose on homes with federal mortgages. Landlords must also inform tenants about available assistance.
