Easier Access to Service Opportunities for US Army Reservists

A new bill aims to make it easier for US Army reservists to access the online system listing service opportunities. They will be allowed to use their personal internet-enabled devices to access this system, streamlining the process of finding and applying for available positions, unless security concerns prevent it.
Key points
US Army reservists will be able to log into the service opportunity system (Tour of Duty) using their personal computers or phones.
This change is planned to take effect within one year of the law being enacted.
Access may be restricted if necessary to ensure the security of data and systems.
