Prohibiting Funding to Afghanistan Government Until US Citizens and Allies Evacuated

This act stops the flow of federal funds to the government of Afghanistan. Funding will only resume after all US citizens, legal permanent residents, coalition partners, and Afghan allies who wish to leave have been evacuated. The President is also required to block Afghan government assets in the US.
