Afghanistan Withdrawal Oversight and Liability Act

This Act requires the US government to report on citizens and permanent residents remaining in Afghanistan and evacuation efforts. It prohibits supporting the Taliban financially or through sanctions relief. It also mandates reporting on agreements with the Taliban and military equipment left behind in Afghanistan.
