Indigenous Peoples' Day: New federal holiday replaces Columbus Day.

This bill renames the federal holiday observed on the second Monday in October from Columbus Day to Indigenous Peoples' Day. This means citizens will observe the same holiday, but under a new name, aiming to honor the native peoples of America.
