Prohibiting Funding and Penalties for Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccines/Tests at Work.

This bill aims to prevent the federal government from spending money to create, implement, or enforce rules that mandate employers to require COVID-19 vaccinations or testing for employees. If passed, employers would not be forced to implement such requirements, nor would they face penalties for not doing so. In practice, citizens would not have to fear federal mandates for vaccinations or testing in the workplace.
Key points
Prohibits the use of federal funds to draft, promulgate, or enforce rules mandating employee COVID-19 vaccination or testing.
Prevents the assessment of civil or criminal penalties against employers for violations related to mandatory COVID-19 vaccination or testing rules.
