Prohibiting Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates and Vaccine Passports

This bill aims to eliminate federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates for federal employees and contractors. It means the federal government cannot require vaccinations or use funds to enforce them. Additionally, it prohibits the issuance of vaccine passports and discrimination based on them, with an exception for schools.
Key points
End of Federal Vaccine Mandates: Federal employees and contractors will not be required to get a COVID-19 vaccine.
No Federal Funding for Mandates: The federal government cannot fund or enforce any COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
Ban on Vaccine Passports: The federal government, and state, tribal, and local governments (under threat of losing federal funds), cannot issue vaccine passports or discriminate based on them, with an exception for educational institutions.
Recognition of Natural Immunity: The Secretary of Health and Human Services must publish guidelines on natural immunity as an alternative to full vaccination.
