Restricting Funding for Risky Research in China

This act aims to restrict the use of U.S. federal funds for research that could enhance the harmfulness of viruses, if conducted in China. This is intended to enhance public safety by reducing risks associated with such research. Citizens may experience an indirect impact through increased health security.
