Natural Immunity Transparency Act

The Act directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to submit a report to Congress within 30 days of enactment. The report must contain data regarding the number of individuals who recovered from COVID-19 without vaccination and fully vaccinated individuals who subsequently died, were hospitalized, or had a confirmed reinfection or breakthrough case.
