Easier Congressional Review of Late-Term Agency Rules

This act changes how Congress can reject new rules made by government agencies during a president's final year in office. It allows Congress to vote on rejecting multiple such rules together in one vote, instead of considering each rule separately. This could make it easier for Congress to block certain regulations introduced just before a change in administration.
Key points
Allows Congress to vote on disapproving multiple agency rules in a single vote.
Applies to rules submitted to Congress during the final year of a President's term.
Aims to streamline the process for rejecting 'midnight rules'.
