Harsher Penalties for Rioting and Violent Acts

New rules significantly increase prison sentences for participating in riots. If serious injury, weapon use, or death occurs during riots, penalties will be much stricter, including life imprisonment. This aims to enhance urban safety by deterring violent acts.
Key points
Maximum prison sentence for rioting increases from 5 to 10 years.
If serious bodily injury or dangerous weapon use results from rioting, the penalty can be up to 25 years in prison.
In cases of death, kidnapping, aggravated sexual abuse, or attempted murder during riots, life imprisonment is a possible penalty.
