COVID-19 Supplemental Funding and Financial Adjustments

This act allocates billions of additional dollars for coronavirus response, including vaccines, treatments, and research. Simultaneously, some unspent funds from previous programs, such as aid for farmers or small businesses, will be rescinded and returned to the Treasury.
