More facilities, such as rural health clinics and critical access hospitals, can provide telehealth services.
The in-person visit requirement for telehealth mental health services is delayed until January 1, 2025.
High-deductible health plans (HSAs) can continue to cover telehealth services without meeting the high-deductible requirement until 2025.
