Support for Essential Workers: COVID-19 Death and Hospitalization Benefits

This act establishes a financial support program for essential workers who died or were hospitalized due to COVID-19. It includes monetary benefits for the families of deceased workers and for hospitalized workers, as well as educational assistance for the children and spouses of deceased workers. These benefits are tax-exempt.
