Proposal to Limit Terms for US Members of Congress

This document proposes an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would set term limits for individuals serving in Congress. If adopted, Representatives could serve a maximum of 8 terms, and Senators a maximum of 3 terms. This aims to introduce more rotation and new individuals into politics.
