Safety Act: Restrictions on High-Capacity Ammunition Magazines

This act bans the import, sale, manufacture, transfer, and possession of new ammunition magazines holding more than 10 rounds. People who legally owned such magazines before the law takes effect can keep them. The act includes exceptions for law enforcement and other authorized entities.
