University of Alaska Fiscal Foundation Act: Land Transfer for Education

This act allows for the transfer of up to 360,000 acres of federal land to the University of Alaska. The University can use this land or the income from its sale to fund educational programs. The act also allows the government to buy back University-owned land located within protected areas.
