Increased Benefits for Disabled Veterans: Concurrent Pay Restoration

This act allows qualified disabled veterans to receive both their military retired pay and disability compensation from the Department of Veterans Affairs. These changes extend eligibility to veterans with disability ratings below 50% and will take effect on January 1, 2022.
