Reproductive and Adoption Support for Service Members and Veterans
This act aims to improve access to fertility treatments, including in vitro fertilization, and adoption assistance for service members, veterans, and their families. It also provides for gamete cryopreservation before deployments and care coordination between the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. This will help veterans and service members build families, regardless of their marital status or orientation.

Service members and veterans with infertility conditions will gain access to fertility treatment, including up to three cycles of in vitro fertilization, regardless of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or marital status.
Opportunity for active duty service members to cryopreserve and store their gametes before combat zone deployments or hazardous assignments, with options for continued storage after service.
Veterans will be eligible for financial assistance for adoption, making it easier for them to build families.
The Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs will coordinate care and research on veterans' reproductive health.
