Combating Global Corruption Act: Country Rankings and Sanctions

This Act establishes a system to evaluate countries based on their efforts to combat corruption, categorizing them into three tiers. The Secretary of State is required to evaluate foreign persons engaged in significant corruption in the lowest-tier countries for the imposition of sanctions under the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act.
