Easier Concealed Carry Across State Lines

This new law allows individuals with a valid concealed carry permit in their home state to carry concealed firearms in other states that permit such carrying. This means if you have a permit in one state, you can legally carry a concealed firearm in most other states, changing the rules for traveling with a firearm.
Key points
Individuals with a valid concealed carry permit from their home state can carry in other states that allow concealed carry.
The conditions for carrying in another state will be the same as for residents of that state who are licensed.
The law does not change how individual states issue concealed carry permits.
