Easier Credit Access for Veterans and Service Members

This act establishes a pilot program to help veterans and service members with insufficient credit history obtain loans. The program allows lenders to use alternative data, such as rent or utility payment history, to better assess creditworthiness. The goal is to increase the number of individuals who can access guaranteed loans, making it easier for them to, for example, buy a home.
