Prohibition on Requesting Vaccination Information for Domestic Flights

This new act prohibits TSA (Transportation Security Administration) employees from asking passengers about their vaccination status on domestic flights. Importantly, the act does not limit the CDC's (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) authority to issue public health guidance.
