Wildlife-Livestock Conflict Resolution Act: Voluntary Permit Donation.

The Act authorizes the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture to accept voluntary donations of grazing permits and leases on public and National Forest System lands in New Mexico. Accepting a donation results in the termination of the permit and a permanent end to grazing on the covered land, unless the land is covered by another valid permit. Donations are limited to 10 per fiscal year.
