Extended Support for Older Foster Youth During Pandemic

This act extends the flexible use of John H. Chafee Foster Care Independence Program funding to help older foster youth address pandemic-related challenges. It means states can continue to use these funds to support young people who have reached adulthood but still need assistance, such as housing or education, until the end of 2022.
