Prohibiting Vaccine Mandates for Guides and Outfitters on Federal Lands

This act prohibits denying commercial permits on federal lands due to coronavirus vaccination status. This means guides and outfitters will not be required to be vaccinated to operate in national parks and other government-managed areas. Additionally, those holding such permits will not be considered federal employees.
Key points
No vaccination discrimination: Federal agencies cannot deny commercial use authorizations or special recreation permits based on an applicant's or employee's coronavirus vaccination status.
Non-federal employee status: Holders of commercial use authorizations and special recreation permits are not considered employees, contractors, or subcontractors of the Federal Government.
