Ban on Housing Chimpanzees at US Air Force Installations

New legislation prohibits the U.S. Air Force from housing chimpanzees at its installations. All chimpanzees currently housed there must be transported to the Chimp Haven sanctuary in Louisiana. This transfer must be completed within 180 days of the law's enactment.
