Security Assistance for Ukraine and NATO Countries

This act allows for the transfer of military equipment and other defense aid to Ukraine and NATO countries. The goal is to support their territorial defense. Aid decisions must be reported to Congress, and providing assistance must not weaken U.S. military readiness.
