Comprehensive Care for Dual Eligible Individuals Act

This act aims to establish a new, optional state-administered program to provide integrated and coordinated healthcare for individuals eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. The goal is to improve service quality, control costs, address health disparities, and support beneficiary independence and quality of life. Citizens covered by both programs will gain access to more consistent and comprehensive care.
