Cash Refunds for Canceled Flights: New Airline Passenger Rights
This act grants passengers the right to a full cash refund for canceled or significantly delayed flights, as well as for tickets canceled by the passenger with sufficient notice. It also includes the option to request cash refunds for vouchers received for flights canceled since March 2020. Airlines must clearly disclose these rights before ticket purchase and in case of flight cancellation.
