Protecting Voter Registration from Automatic Removal

This bill stops states from removing registered voters just because they haven't voted recently or didn't reply to election mail. It also makes it easier for voters who move within their state to cast a ballot on election day by simply confirming their new address.
Key points
You won't be removed from voter lists just for not voting or not responding to election mail.
If you move within your state, you can vote at your new polling place or a central location on election day by confirming your address.
States must notify you if you are removed from the list and explain how to get back on.
