Support for Families of Victims of Crimes by Undocumented Individuals
This act aims to provide financial and service support to families who have lost loved ones due to crimes committed by individuals unlawfully present in the U.S. or members of international criminal organizations. It also establishes a new office to assist victims of immigration-related crimes, offering information and support.
