Taxpayer Reimbursement for Audit and Legal Costs

This new law aims to protect taxpayers from unjustified costs related to tax audits and legal proceedings. If your gross annual income does not exceed $400,000 and you are not convicted of an audit-related crime, you may claim reimbursement for incurred fees and expenses.
