Vietnam Veterans' Care: New Diseases Presumed Service-Connected

This act expands the list of diseases automatically presumed to be connected to military service for Vietnam veterans. This means veterans suffering from hypertension or monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance may more easily receive healthcare benefits and financial support.
