Expanded TRICARE access for National Guard and Reserve retirees under 60.

This act expands TRICARE health care access for certain members of the Retired Reserve who are eligible for retirement but have not yet reached age 60. This means more former National Guard and Reserve members can access health benefits sooner, improving their health and financial security. The changes take effect on January 1, 2022.
