All regulations temporarily suspended or modified during the pandemic will automatically be repealed or modified after the emergency period ends, unless special commissions decide otherwise.
New commissions, composed of members of Congress and agency heads, will be established to assess whether these temporary changes should remain or if old rules should be reinstated.
Government agencies will be required to publicly consult and report on whether they can function without these regulations or with their modified versions, giving citizens a chance to voice their opinions.
