Improving Higher Education Access for Students with Disabilities
This act aims to enhance access to higher education for all students, with a special focus on individuals with disabilities. It introduces new support guidelines, establishes accessibility offices at universities, and promotes the development of educational materials tailored to the needs of students with various disabilities. This will increase opportunities for students with disabilities to complete their studies and find employment.

Universities will receive grants to train staff on supporting students with disabilities, including teaching methods and accommodations.
Each university must establish an Office of Accessibility to inform students about available services, rights, and accommodations, and to define disability documentation acceptance policies.
A commission will be formed to develop guidelines for accessible educational materials and technologies, ensuring equal access to digital content for students with disabilities.
Support for educational programs for students with intellectual disabilities, aiming for their social and professional integration, including obtaining a degree or certificate.
Establishment of a National Technical Assistance Center and a National Coordinating Center to support students and universities in accessibility and inclusion.
Universities will be required to collect and report data on the number of students with disabilities, those receiving accommodations, and the degrees awarded to them.
