Secret Service Recording Accountability Act

This bill requires the Secret Service to record all communications between agents deployed for the protection of persons entitled to such protection. Recordings must be deleted not earlier than 90 days after being made, unless a specific Congressional Committee requests retention for a period of not less than 18 months. In the event of an attempt to harm or actual harm befalling a protected person, recordings must be made available to specific Congressional committees.
