Cash Refunds for Canceled Flights and Tickets Act

This act aims to ensure passengers have the right to a full cash refund for canceled or significantly delayed flights, as well as for tickets canceled by the passenger with sufficient notice. This provides greater financial protection for travelers and clear rules for refunds, including the option to convert vouchers into cash for flights canceled since March 2020.
