Telehealth: Easier Access to Remote Medical Services

This bill aims to simplify access to remote medical services, known as telehealth. It removes previous restrictions on the patient's location when receiving such services and expands the list of places that can be considered an originating site for a telehealth consultation. This means more people will be able to access medical consultations without needing to travel to a healthcare facility.
Key points
Elimination of geographic requirements for telehealth services, allowing patients to use teleconsultations regardless of their location.
Expansion of the list of places from which patients can connect with a doctor, increasing flexibility and convenience in accessing healthcare.
